Location of problems:

• Oldwood Drive crosswalk on South Street and the Foley Place crosswalk on Floral Ave
• North side of Floral Ave near the Northwest corner of Floral Ave and Foley Place
• Sidewalks or paths started and stopped

Please list any other problems you observed:
There is a short section along the North side of Floral Ave (near the Northwest corner of Floral Ave and Foley Place) where there is no sidewalk and you are forced to walk in the street at a fairly busy intersection. See picture.

There were no signals to help me cross

Drove too fast.  Did not stop for people in crosswalks

List any other problems you observed:
Even though traffic was fairly light we had to wait for several cars to pass before one would yield to the pedestrians in the cross walk
